Comfortable king room, convenient location, where I appreciated the quick check-in process and the free parking available for easy access to explore nearby attractions.

It was really close to everything,I also liked how it had a big drive way leading up to the building made it feel more comfortable and private

The room was hard to find the first night

location - friendly staff - wouldlike to come for D-day celebration in August but would not paythe increased price

pool was unavailable - hot breakfast was unappealing (hot cakes looked dry and sausage looked not good)

ample parking, convenient highway access, close proximity to Pennsylvania state line

The outdated facilities and disturbingly musty smell in the hallways need immediate attention!!! The rooms could really use thorough cleaning and updating, as they definitely fall below acceptable standards!!!

Hotel was great and incredibly friendly, we appreciated this place.

The stay was such wonderful. The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a great area, close to downtown and lake Erie, a very nice restaurant and the park. The room with a king size bed was great value. Everything here was good. The location was particularly good and right oof the highway.

Brand-new and well furnished rooms with a king size bed, food good. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

one big problem was that the shower wasn't clean (ew). however the room was spacious and the beds were comfy enough the desk clerk was friendly and the location was convenient

Had an awesome weekend with friends. We enjoyed playing table games and slot machines nearby. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. Good location for a fun getaway!

It was annoying to lug all our bags up the stairs.

I had a decent stay. I enjoyed the clean room and the breakfast options, but the lack of an elevator was frustrating with bags. I might consider staying again.

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast with a great selection to start my mornings and appreciated being so close to the scenic Conneaut Township Park, perfect for leisurely strolls after breakfast.

Clean but worn sheets and an acceptable bathroom were positive aspects during our short stay. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the furniture and bedding was outdated, needing urgent attention. The lack of proper room cleaning over our five-day visit, despite requests for towels, highlighted the poor service levels. Security felt inadequate, with doors that didn't lock properly adding to the concerns. It served as a last-minute stop but didn't offer the comfort expected.
